Broadcast Video from your iPhone
As reported by TUAW and plenty of other news sites, Ustream released an iPhone app yesterday which will allow users to stream video footage directly from their iPhone.
With technology like this, and the things I can only imagine are soon to come, is it overstating things to say we’re watching the world of media and communications change right before our eyes?
For decades, huge companies spent countless hours and dollars trying to buy the attention of the public. A few very powerful media conglomerates had the vehicle for getting the public’s attention, and they were more than willing to sell.
What do they/we do now that that everybody can have anybody else’s attention … for free?
