75% of Us Are Blind to Change

I’d never heard of this phenomenon, but it’s not hard to believe. I guess you can’t overestimate the power of paying attention.

I feel like talk about change all the time. Change in the Church, in culture, in learning. Mostly, I’m talking about changes that have taken place recently, or are obviously taking place right now.

But am I looking in the right place to notice the changes that no one can foresee yet?

Something I would really, really like to know is if there was any correlation whatsoever between the people that noticed the change and whether they were male or female. It seemed like only a couple women noticed the change while the rest were mainly male. Makes me feel like I might be living in the Matrix.
