The key: Maintain high levels of  serotonin and dopamine through 3 key things:

  1. Get enough sleep – quality deep sleep is the key
  2. Eat a high-protein breakfast
  3. Exercise (considering a brisk walk before an afternoon meeting or walk and talk)

Not things that are shocking, but good reminders, especially for those days we have longer creative meetings.
