The key: Maintain high levels of serotonin and dopamine through 3 key things:
- Get enough sleep – quality deep sleep is the key
- Eat a high-protein breakfast
- Exercise (considering a brisk walk before an afternoon meeting or walk and talk)
Not things that are shocking, but good reminders, especially for those days we have longer creative meetings.
